Winter Steakhouse
Beginning the first weekend in October, the fun continues within the colorful southwestern decor of the Winter Steakhouse. Guests still enjoy the Flying W's special brand of western hospitality, food and fun through the third weekend in December and then again from early March through mid May. Sink your teeth into a cowboy sizes 13 oz Kansas City strip steak (USDA Choice), BBQ pork ribs, smoked beef brisket (USDA Choice), BBQ chicken, or Rocky Mountain trout grilled over a willow wood flame on the adobe patio. Accompanying each entree is a foil wrapped potato, those "you can only get them at the Flying W Ranch" beans and Old Fashioned buttermilk biscuits with homemade honey butter. The meal begins with a crisp garden salad and your choice of dressing. The 125 year old full service Picketwire Bar adds to the ambience. As always, superb western entertainment is provided by the Flying W Wranglers. The 13oz Kansas City Strip Steak is $26.00, everything else on the menu is $24.00. Children 8 years and under are $13.00 for BBQ items only.
